TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL GROUPS
Having to deal with aggression and violent situations is part of the everyday life of people in certain professions, their risk of falling victim to aggressive clients or patients must not be underestimated.
Our seminars are to teach how to avoid assault and its consequences. The most crucial topics of our seminars are prevention of aggression, de-escalation, appropriate behaviour, communication, teamwork and body language.
Security instruction
To prevent an assault has positive consequences for the staff, the employer and the aggressor, alike.
Assaults are often followed by certain consequences (e.g. fixation, isolation or forced medication) which may have physical and/or psychological effects on a patient. This could be reduced by the prevention of aggression. Systematic preparation for potentially dangerous situations may have positive effects on the atmosphere of an institution.
The training system
Our training system is easily understandable, practical and tested. It is a purposeful system without any sportive or hierarchic aspects. It is typically aimed at the needs of the participants. Our trainings teach tactical, legal, psychological, technical and strategic competence.
Aim of our training
The aim of our training id to teach staff members to understand potential danger, to assess it correctly and to react appropriately. Avoiding overreacting or wrong reactions should keep potential aggression low.
Teaching non-violent de-escalation is one means to avoid physical confrontation. Should non-violent de-escalation not be an option, though, participants will be taught appropriate behaviour for a given situation.
